1 Can I view my booking made by my agent?
Only bookings made on SilkAir's Website using KrisFlyer login can be viewed online.
2 Do I need to reconfirm my flight?
Re-confirmation of flights is no longer required for any bookings on SilkAir.
3 When will I be charged no-show fee?
You may be charged a no-show fee when you make changes within 24 hours before departure. The amount charged is determined by the local SilkAir sales office, and hence may vary across different cities/countries.
