1 How do I collect my boarding pass after Internet check-in?
You must collect your boarding pass at dedicated counters at the airport.
2 How much passport validity do I need before I travel?
All passengers should ensure that they have a minimum passport validity of 6 months or more to all destinations. SilkAir would not be liable should passenger be denied boarding due to passport validty of less than 6 months.
3 What are the earliest and latest times for collecting my boarding pass?
Please collect your boarding pass from 3 hours up to 45 minutes prior to departure depending on your departure city. If you do not pick up your boarding pass by the minimum time stipulated, you may have your check-in cancelled and your seat re-assigned. Please save yourself unnecessary inconvenience by collecting your boarding pass on time.
4 Where do I collect my boarding pass and check-in my bags?
Please collect your boarding pass and check-in your bags at the dedicated counters at the airport.
5 What time does the airport check-in counters open and close?
The opening and closing times for the check-in counters varies from airport to airport. Please check with your local airport or SilkAir office. Information can also be found by clicking here.
6 Can I do an early check-in for my luggages?
Yes. Early check-in process is available for customers who are travelling out of Singapore.

At Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2, customers holding confirmed flight reservations on SilkAir may check-in up to 48hours to flight departure with their baggage. Customers may check-in at any of the SilkAir counters at Row 4. This service will be available daily from 6.30am until the departure of the last flight for the day.
