Seat Change
1 Can I change my seat after checking in online?
Yes, you can change seats for yourself and your travelling companions during Internet check-in.
PPS Club members and Krisflyer members may re-log in with your Krisflyer Pin to make seat change provided you have not printed your boarding pass.
2 How do I change my seat?
When viewing the Seat Map, the green seats (green seat icon) indicate availability, while the grey seats (grey seat icon) are already occupied. The blue seat (blue seat icon) indicates your current seat. If you would like to change your seat, you may do so by clicking on one of the green seats and then clicking "Confirm Seat Change".
3 Why was my seat change unsuccessful?
If you encountered problems with seat changes, please try again. Should the problem persist, we recommend you change your seat at the airport.

If you are a PPS Club member or KrisFlyer member, you can return to your online check-in record to change your seat any time you wish with your KrisFlyer Pin provided you have not printed your boarding pass.

4 Why is seat change unavailable?
We apologise for any inconvenience caused. You can still request for a change of seat at the airport.
